- Now, if this said “band member whose musical talent you’d most want,” I’d probably say The Edge. Because…can I just have his musical skills? Ingenious. But…this doesn’t say musical talent, does it? There are a lot of talents. So I think it’s Bono. I know he’s infamously not a great guitar player. Or piano player. But to me, he’s unmatched with his talent for writing music. For singing. For balancing his career and public life with his family life. For being in a successful relationship with the same woman since high school. And for doing that and touring with U2, while also working tirelessly in an attempt to make this world a better place. Ugh…this is so hard because all 4 of them have so much talent in what they do but…well, there you have it.
